Refund Policy

Solus sovereign (www.solussov.com) has hassle free Return and Exchange Policy.

We only process refunds for products in the event of damage during delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us to initiate the refund process.

You can place your request on the website or get in touch with us. We offer you the option to exchange or return items purchased on www.solussov.com within 10 days of receipt.You can either exchange for another size or another product. Return pickups are arranged by us.

Note : Free return and exchange is applicable for one (1) time only. After that a charge of Rs 200 will be levied per exchange.

Return is not valid for SALE Items you can only exchange the product with different size/product in case of any damage.

To Initiate a return kindly provide an unboxing video for the product with the order ID.Incase you choose to return the product. We provide store credit for future purchases, which will be valid for 1 year. Use this coupon code in the discount section, while checkout.
